Why doesn't AWS fix IP address listed as a SPAM source used by SES?

1

I am trying to use SES to send our company's transactional emails, but the IP address AWS use to send them (27.50.64.177) has been listed on UCEPROTECTL3 as a spam source. As it is a shared IP, I have no control over who uses it, and obviously AWS are allowing someone to use it to send spam, so then I have to suffer! I tried to tell AWS support about the issue, but apparently the tens of thousands of dollars I spend every year as an AWS partner are not enough, I need to sign up for a support contract as well for them to fix a problem with THEIR service.

27.50.64.177 is not owned / administrated by AWS, a WHOIS lookup shows 'Servers Australia Pty Ltd' as the IP owner. We'd recommend reaching out to them to help with addressing the issue, though after checking UCEPROTECT and MXToolbox it looks like the IP does not appear to be listed any more.
