Amazon SES bug or problem

i have one user gestordebens

and key AKIAxxz this working smtp in php

now i create other user maikonemails

and key AKIAyyz

this not working in smtp (phpmailer) is EXACLY same permission, all...

show this error

message: SERVER -> CLIENT: 535 Authentication Credentials Invalid Debug level 1; message: SMTP ERROR: Password command failed: 535 Authentication Credentials Invalid Debug level 4; message: SMTP Error: Could not authenticate.

but how is possible one old user working and one new user not working ?

i no have more idea how make

I use details the old user (user one) gestordebens WORKING phpmailer and send email

I use details the new user (user two) maikonemails show error phpmailer Credentials Invalid

and i take key, i try create new user and ALL new users i have same error in phpmailer.

i use EXACLY same permissions the first user gestordebens

my acct not is Sandbox mode

With SES you dont use the IAM access keys as the SMTP Username and Password. Even though when you create SES Credentials, it creates IAM Access keys and returns the already converted SES Credentials.

When creating SMTP Credentials in the SES console, ensure you are in the correct region.

Obtaining SES SMTP credentials by converting existing AWS credentials https://docs.aws.amazon.com/ses/latest/dg/smtp-credentials.html#smtp-credentials-convert

Although you can generate SES SMTP credentials for any IAM user, AWS recommend that you create a separate IAM user when you generate your SMTP credentials.

If you created 2 SES Users for sending email and getting "Credentials Invalid" error, you don't need to created accesskey and secretkey for another user you can use same accesskey and secretkey.

if the issue is still you may need to give AmazonSESFullAccess to SES Users whose credentials are not valid. Enter image description here

    This is not correct.

    You dont use IAM keys to authenticate with SES over SMTP and also, you dont assign ADMIN access to ses. The only access needed is
