I'm sorry to hear about the issues using port 25. Have you already completed the steps found here: https://aws.amazon.com/premiumsupport/knowledge-center/lightsail-port-25-throttle/ ?
If so, can you please provide additional details on issues you are experiencing and steps taken to use port 25?
