connecting AppFlow service to Jira Cloud for data extraction and further analysis

The challenge we are solving is the connection of the AppFlow service with Jira Cloud for data extraction and subsequent analysis. Specifically, we haven't been able to get past the connection stage for data ingestion. We generate the API key in Jira and enter them in the AppFlow console but we don't go beyond here.
