If you check the RDS error logs, etc., do you see anything?
If there are any errors, resolving them may change the display.

Perhaps if you give it some time, the display may change.

Yes, did check logs, and there is nothing to see (no errors).
If the version upgrade itself is successful, the display may change after some time. If it still does not change, you will need to check with AWS support.
