Cannot upgrade lightsail instance

When I take a snapshot I try to create a larger instance I receive this error

Sorry, your account can not create an instance using this Lightsail plan size. Please try a smaller plan size or contact Customer Support if you need to use a larger plan.

What I should do? Also I cannot find how I can send ticket to customer support
I receive the message you could not send ticket due to basic plan

These errors typically appears for newly created accounts when trying to access some services in specific regions which require additional verifications to be completed. Unfortunately, without support ticket I don't find an option to upgrade the lightsail instance.

  • Thank you, The account is not new. It is at least 5 years old. Also how I can create a ticket? When I try to do so it I go the error msg you don;t allow to customer support due to basic plan.

    I can not see how to proceed with the lightsail plan upgrade
