We are auto opening Amazon Connect Chat widget and it takes about 6 seconds to establish connection and post first message. I do see some pre-load page errors, but I don't think that is causing this. Usually when chat widget opens the first message should be immediate for good user experience. Is there anyway to do it or is this a built-in design issue. Thanks!
