Hi,
there is a resolution steps you can try before contacting Support: https://aws.amazon.com/premiumsupport/knowledge-center/ec2-address-errors/, which eventually you may nede to do anyway (Using AWS Support) section.

Hi, as I wrote before, I removed revDNS using web console but I cannot still release this IP. I will try use https://aws.amazon.com/forms/ec2-email-limit-rdns-request .
