Temporary network resolution failure error on ec2

Hi, AWS community I am using floating IP for keepalived-based HA for Nginx. I have observed something odd with temporary network resolution failure for one of the ec2 instances which is part of the HA setup. May I know what could be the issue or root cause of the same? As an interim fix, I tend to restart the network manager or the Ec2 instance itself if it doesn't help.
