AWS Comprehend (Flywheel) Internal Server Error

Question

Hello,

I am building a CER model using Flywheel. First Iteration works fine, but after adding more datasets the next iterations fail with "Internal Server Error".

Are there any restrictions about how the new datasets must be added (order, size...) to make the iteration works? (all datasets I used got status: "Complete")

Is it possible to get more info about what is going on?
Is there anyway to check the Comprehend logs?

Please find current limits for Amazon comprehend flywheel, please check if below resource limits was hit during the iterations that might be causing this error and also check for the other quotas:

Maximum number of flywheels	     50
Maximum number of flywheels in CREATING state	       10
Maximum number of training datasets per flywheel	50
Maximum number of test datasets per flywheel	        10
Maximum number of datasets with INGESTING status	10
Maximum number of in-progress flywheel iterations per account	  10

Additionally, regarding the logs for Amazon Comprehend, please use Amazon Cloud trail logs which provides a record of actions, role, or an AWS service in Amazon Comprehend (console search in us-east-1 region):
