Greengrass, deploy component to specific directory

Thank you for posting the question. Unfortunately Greengrass doesn't offer a way to customize the component locations as you specified. However you can set the Greengrass root directory to be on a different partition with Droot installer argument https://docs.aws.amazon.com/greengrass/v2/developerguide/configure-installer.html
Can you tell us a little more about why you would like to deploy Greengrass Nucleus & CLI on one partition and other components on a different partition?
