Name correction in AWS Training and certification account: Need URGENT HELP, no response from Customer Support

Hi,

My name needs to be corrected as per the government issued ID. I had to reschedule my exam due to this. I have logged multiple cases with https://support.aws.amazon.com/#/contacts/aws-training and there is no response/update yet. I have not received any case id or anything as confirmation for the raised case. Could you please resolve this as soon as possible.

Hey Chaitra, If u haven't taken any exams then u might be able to change your name but if you already have taken an exam then you won't be able to. If so then you need to contact AWS Training and Certification Customer Support. Thanks

    Need to be changed on my AWS Training and Certification Account. My Profile name consists of First name and Last name(as it was mandatory), but my government ID does not have a last name.
