I have integrated ServiceNow with Amazon Connect Wisdom for accessing knowledge articles. However, I am encountering an issue where all articles from ServiceNow are being retrieved, but I need only those from a specific knowledge base. To address this, I attempted to modify the URI to:
https://[service_now_instance_name]/nav_to.do?uri=/kb_view.do?sysparm_kb=[kb_systemid]&sysparm_article=${number}
Despite this change, it still fetches all the articles. How can I filter the articles to include only those from the desired knowledge base?
