Failed to load your custom layout. Try refreshing the page

On Ubuntu 22.10 (PC), when openning AWS Management Console, I get the message above(title) , AWS Health and Cost and Usage do not load, Chrome and firefox display 400 and 403 errors. On Safari (iPad), no error messages. Any help is more than welcomed. Thank you.
