AWS Certification Voucher cancel and reschedule information.

I have applied for AWS certification using my company provide 100% voucher through AWS APN account. I want to cancel that appointment and schedule that again with my personal account.

If I cancel the appointment made with my AWS APN account will I be able to use the voucher again or will the voucher get deactivated? Will I be able to use the voucher with my personal account for scheduling the exam ?

Yes that should be possible.

If I cancel the appointment made with my AWS APN account will I be able to use the voucher again or will the voucher get deactivated?

I have never done that so not sure about that.

    Hi Jimmy,

    I have cancelled the appointment made with my AWS APN account and used the same voucher for scheduling a new appointment with my personal account just needed to check weather the voucher has not expired. I got an error that my mail(personal) was already used in the APN account, so I removed it from notification email address of APN account and I was able to schedule with my personal mail.

Hello, You are only allowed to reschedule/ cancel an exam twice with a voucher before it goes inactive. Please open a case with VUE for assistance: Pearson VUE General Support (https://home.pearsonvue.com/aws/contact)
