Unusual amount of credits

HI, There are Credit and Credit memo types. Which type do you have? You would find more details in the steps below.

Billing and Cost Management > Payments > Unapplied funds > Type, download and check the details.

Hi, thanks for this suggestion. Looking at Credit memos we did receive some but the amounts are pretty small and they don't add up to what I see in: Billing and Cost Management > Bills > Savings table

Is your Savings Type Credit? Do you have anything registered under "Credits" in "Billing and Payments"?

Otherwise, if you have a Member account in Organizations, your credits may be shared.
