Is there anyway to get Amazon to retire an SES IP that's on a spam blocking list? This one is causing issues 54.240.27.190

In my case, the IP coming up is 54.240.11.75 as 0SPAM and SORBS SPAM. How can this be fixed? https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Je1FMgSpKv1Flg_z7EbCnnkln91903sv/view?usp=sharing

    @omare from AWS indicated that they won't attempt to take action with SORBS because of the way that SORBS handles listing/delisting.
