Plese contact AWS support directly from your account. Under Support Center tab, choose Account and Billing type of case.

AWS credits have specific service limits, for example they can apply on all vm's except c5a type. You can check the limitations by clicking on credit. Also check the date. And for sure connect with AWS support they are very helpfull in that cases
