Glue ErrorCode 400 InvalidInputException Task allocated capacity exceeded limit message

I'm trying to do a very basic transformation of a CSV in S3 to a parquet file using Glue. Whenever I set the job to run, it fails almost immediately with the error in the title. I have increased the max dpus from 0 to the default 1,000 (not sure why it started at 0), but am still getting this error when I try to run jobs. What's the fix here? The IAM role I am using to do this job has full AdministratorAccess.
