Credits for training

hi,
is there any aws program to give cloud credits for those who wants to start using aws without blowup credit card? some services are not included in free tier.

If you are a developer, you can apply for AWS credit to get started with .NET development on AWS. To request a one-time credit, please email a request to dotnet-on-aws-feedback@amazon.com with AWS CREDIT in the subject line.
