Query Store is not collecting data on RDS SQL Server 2019 Standard Edition Multi-AZ

A failover occurred 10 days ago, and since then, the Query Store has not been collecting any new data. After running the sp_query_store_consistency_check, I encountered the following error: 'Query Store stored procedure is not available on readable secondary replica.'

We have tried the following solutions:

Turning the Query Store off and then back on (READ_WRITE). Purging the Query Store (however, storage usage remains the same, and nothing happens). Setting the capture mode to ALL."
