Hi,
I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing problems with login in with WorkMail. Here are a few steps that you can try to troubleshoot the issue:
- Is the user enabled? Creating users is a two part action. Normally users are enabled after creation but it might fail and then users are not enabled. This often happens when a new organization with a new domain which is still pending review.
- Usernames are cases sensitive when using a WorkMail directory. You can check if the username starts with a capital letter.
