EC2のOSで何を使用しているかにもよると思いますが、証明書をダウンロードして信頼ストアに追加する作業が必要です。

Apple Push Notification Serviceというものに詳しくないのですが、以下のドキュメントを見る限りだと「SHA-2 Root : USERTrust RSA認証局（CA）証明書（英語）」を追加すればよいらしいです。

上のURLから証明書の詳細ページに飛ぶと「SHA-2 Root : USERTrust RSA Certification Authority」のダウンロードページがあるのでそこからダウンロードして「/etc/ssl/certs/」に配置して更新コマンドを実行すればよいと思います。(OSによってディレクトリやコマンドが異なります)

ちなみにUbuntuの場合は「USERTrust_RSA_Certification_Authority.pem」というファイルが既に「/etc/ssl/certs/」に配置されていてダウンロードしたファイルと内容が一致していたので作業しなくてもよさそうでした。
