SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence, (versions 4.2 or higher, 4.3 or higher) and SAP data services (using RDS on SQL server) are supported to use AWS RDS.
All other SAP products can not use RDS for the database of a SAP product. For more information please refer to the following OSS note: #1656099 (http://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/1656099)
