Yes! If you cancel your appointment, you should be able to reuse your voucher when you are ready to schedule another exam (as long as it is not expired). If you experience any issues, please submit a ticket to our team and we will help!

I believe you would not get the code back, once used it is exhausted. Your best option for preserving the discount would be to ask to re-schedule, rather than cancel the exam.
