It is unclear in the AWS SES Quota Documentation whether there are any limits on the number of emails received. What are the message per minute/day limits?
There are no published quotas on the amount of emails you can receive with SES. The only receiving quotas are listed under the Quotas related to email receiving section on the link you listed here.
