Domain name registration returns this error. can someone help me this is very urgent Thank you:

We recently received an online request from your AWS account to register the following domain name: ...

We weren't able to register the domain name. This is because:

We can't finish registering your domain. Contact AWS Support at https://console.aws.amazon.com/support/home?region=us-east-1#/case/create?issueType=customer-service&serviceCode=billing&categoryCode=domain-name-registration-issue for further information. ....

Hello.

I think it's difficult for re:Post users to judge based on that message alone.
For example, if the TLD of the domain you are trying to register is not supported by Route53, or if it has already been registered by another user, an error will occur.(There are multiple other causes of the error.)
Are there any other error messages output?

As per the error message, I think it would be better to contact AWS Support.

  • Thank you for your response. the domain name is available. i use .com domain. i created a ticket yesterday but no one is answering till now.
