Hi kuldeepiitg,
a typical approach is to centralize logs in special AWS account, and one way is outlined here: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/whitepapers/latest/microservices-on-aws/distributed-monitoring.html#centralizing-logs and https://docs.aws.amazon.com/solutions/latest/centralized-logging-on-aws/overview.html.
Depending on your workload, microservices (serverless or container based) have capability to have S3 and CloudWatch as target destination, often with streaming capabilities such as Kinesis Data Firehose. From there, to high performant search engines such as CloudWatch Insights, AWS OpenSearch/Kibana and/or Athena.
Hope it clarifies
