Help on AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification

Question

Hello,
I'm new to AWS, with some basic knowledge of AWS. 
Having recently been made redundant, I'm looking to expand my Cloud knowledge, (I'm already an Azure Administrator and FinOps Practitioner) with a view to completing the AWS Cloud Practitioner (CL-CLF02) certification.

Can someone please provide some pointers to the best way to start my AWS journey. I've looked around the AWS Knowledge Centre and it's confusing to get a straight path to follow and if there are any free exam dumps available.

Also, if there's any discounts or Vouchers available?
