Create random subdomains on different servers

I want to create subdomains in random route53 on different servers (without AWS secret/acesss key). I have one script, and when the server makes a request, that server specific subdomain will be created. What are the best services that I can use for this? I'd like to hear your ideas too.

Would you be able to clarify the use case? If you would like to create a subdomain for an EC2 instance where you are calling the script from, you can leverage AWS CLI/PowerShell/SDK to make a ChangeResourceRecordSets API to create a new record under a hosted zone.
