Lambda Functional URL Permission

Hi All,

Suddenly I got this error in my account.

*notes I try to add functional URL permission in lambda, last week same ARN work fine, But now I got this error for same ARN

The provided principal was invalid. Please check the principal and try again. (Service: AWSLambdaInternal; Status Code: 400; Error Code: InvalidParameterValueException; Request ID: 44d2210c-34a4-4586-93f9-c94683d7c8a0; Proxy: null)*

Hi - Is it possible to review this https://docs.aws.amazon.com/lambda/latest/dg/urls-auth.html and see if there is anything missing. Possibly review it again
