Creating a stack UI bug?

Greetings AWS team,

I was going to create a new cloudformation stack via the UI console and in chrome 91.0.4472.77, I'm getting an error in the dev console.
jquery.min.js:2 Blocked form submission to 'https://cf-templates-1xuhfkxmzdev5-us-east-1.s3-external-1.amazonaws.com/' because the form's frame is sandboxed and the 'allow-forms' permission is not set.

Tried uploading a yaml and also going through the template designer and both give the same error.

Works fine in Firefox though.
