AWS took money off my card ***2035 visa debit card and I want a refund immediately £14.50 which was supposed to be covered by US$100 AWS credit with my university in the UK, Anglia Ruskin University Cambridge.

You must create a support case ticket in the AWS Account that the transaction ocurred.
