We are pleased to announce Enhanced Notifications in re:Post. This new functionality provides the ability for users to choose the frequency of emails. They can get emails delivered immediately, daily, or weekly, and choose the day and time they want to receive their re:Post email digests.
Visit Notifications Settings https://repost.aws/dashboard/settings/notifications , to choose the frequency [Immediately, daily, or weekly] for each of your followed items, and you can also set the day/time when you want to received your email digests.
We are working on enhancing the email notifications that will provide more flexibility to users on how frequent email notifications will be sent. For the time being, if you are following a topic, you can perform these steps to stop receiving :
- Click on the down arrow located at the top right of the page where the avatar is and select settings
- Select the Notifications Settings tab
- Scroll down to the Topics section are and click "following" button to turn off notifications on the topics you want to stop receiving email notifications for.

Clicking on the Following button on anything you are currently following will unfollow it.
You can follow tags instead of topics if you are interested in more specific content. For example you can follow the Amazon Redshift tag instead of the Analytics topic if you are only interested in Redshift related content.
