AWS Budget at OU

I am looking to create budget at OU, I know it is possible to create a budget and add filter for the Linked Accounts but is it possible to create budget at the OU. Can you please elaborate it a bit, first sentence is little unclear.

Instead of filtering accounts by Account ID's, I want to filter with OU id instead (automatically add all the accounts in particular OU id)
