Nginx is not being served on EC2 instance Public IP

0

I have installed nginx on ec2 instance and added in bound security rules for port 80, 22 and 443 but when I try to browse the public IP I got "This site can’t be reached" error but curl localhost is giving response in terminal. I have tried to change the region from US East (N. Virginia) to Asia Pacific (Mumbai) as well but it didn't help me out. I have registered in aws for the very first time and using free tier. Looking forward for the help. Thank you

Is there a route to the internet gateway on the subnet where the EC2 is located?
Do the subnet's network ACLs allow the required communication?
Does the security group allow the required IP addresses with inbound rules?
