Hello Sarath,
From my experiencies it's pretty normal to first receive the Credly e-mail about your badge, you may even receive the badge before your results being available in the T&C page.
To check you results please visit the following link: https://www.aws.training/Certification and click on "GO TO YOUR ACCOUNT".
From there navigate to "Exam History" and you will find your Score Report. If it's not available yet just wait a few hours.
