I am attempting to upgrade my Aurora Postgres Cluster from 11.18 to 13.9 (only valid upgrade path) and I instantly receive an error notification on the console. The error does not have any details and after further searching in the cluster's Event Logs and Cloud Watch; there is no helpful information to be found.
The instance shuts down and logs events about it upgrading, however, it ends up logging a recovery event and it does not upgrade.
I have read the major upgrade guide and followed the steps to troubleshoot but since the failure does not log any errors I cannot debug this issue.
