There is no SPEKE v2 option in MediaPackage when package type is "Apple HLS" is because MediaPackage does not support SPEKE v2 for Apple HLS[1].
At this time MediaPackage doesn't support multiple encryption keys for audio and video in Apple HLS endpoints since it doesn't support SPEKE v2, instead MediaPackage supports separate encryption keys i.e. SPEKE v2 in CMAF Apple HLS endpoints.
