I have basic support - and those weren't able to resolve it

A few basic questions to begin with
- Is this Linux/Ubuntu/Windows instance?
- Are you trying to launch the instance and it is not launching?
- Are you trying to SSH into Linux instance or trying remote desktop connection for your windows instance?

It is Linux/Ubuntu. Honestly, nothing works. It is an existing instance. I appreciate your comment.
Thanks GK. These look even more complex as I am not a professional with AWS. But I have tried several tweaks on my own.
