RME Monitron Sensor pairing issues

Through our RME Monitron dashboard we are not able to connect new sensors to our equipment. We get an No NFC Scanner error.

Thankyou, I think my issue is im not able to access monitron through my IOS app. Only web browser currently. When I try to submit a project into the app it says it is invalid.

To help you troubleshoot this, could you provide a bit more context? The 'No NFC Scanner' error usually depends on the hardware and interface you are using.

It would be helpful to know:

  • Device & OS: Are you using the Amazon Monitron mobile app on Android or iOS?
  • NFC Status: Is NFC enabled in your device's system settings?
  • Permissions: Does the Monitron app have permission to access NFC hardware?

Note that commissioning sensors typically requires the native mobile app, as web browsers often cannot access the device's NFC scanner directly.
