Hello.
If you can log in to your AWS account as the root user, you can make the change by following the steps in the following document.

If your AWS account is a member account managed by Organizations, you must log in as the root user of the member account.
Note that if you are logging in for the first time as the root user of an AWS Organizations member account, you will need to recover your password and other information.
