It's hard being dumb.
- Go to the Hosted zones in Route53.
- Click the radio button beside the Domain Name of the domain that you've mauled.
- On the right side, a side panel should --ambush you-- appear.
- In that side panel should be a field named "Name Servers *". This field contains the data that you need to set the world right.
