Athena - Execute multiple query and capture output in a file on e2

Please help me on how to execute multiple query and capture the output in a file on e2

Tried with :

aws athena start-query-execution --query-string "<select query>" > query_output.sql

But above statement is giving only key in the file query_output.sql but I want the output to be capture in a file, please help

Hi,

If I understand correctly you would like to be able to save the result set,

the start-query-execution, will only return the query ID, you can use the query ID to check the status of a query (QUEUED,RUNNING, FAILED, SUCCEEDED) and retrieving the query result sets with different commands:

get-query-execution

get-query-results
