This is the third time I've switched to the browser just to avoid this error.

There is something wrong with your request. Delete your cookies, check your request, and try again. If this problem persists, contact AWS Support.
I have deleted all my cookies and cache, but it doesn't work. but it worked when I used the incognito method. I don't want to switch browsers anymore or use incognito methods.
does anyone have the same problem as me?
