Setting up a gov cloud account, getting strange error

Hi! I am having trouble setting up a gov account. The standard instructions are not working: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/govcloud-us/latest/UserGuide/getting-started-sign-up.html When I got to the Account page, scroll down to the Other settings section. I choose the AWS GovCloud link: I get this error: Enter image description here How do I get around this issue? How do I get direct support?

Hi,

To create a GovCloud account, the linked standard account holder needs to meet certain requirements, as shown in the link you have provided. In order to identify what specifically your account is been denied on, you need to open a ticket with our customer service team from your standard account and the GovCloud on-boarding team will be able to provide what specially is denied for your account and also provide steps to resolve it.
