Rate limiting error on AWS Console

On any page that I open on AWS console, I get errors on the console "Rate exceeded". I reached to the support by raising a case, they are not able to understand the issue.

To determine which API call is causing a Rate exceeded error in your AWS account, Kindly refer the below mentioned Knowledge center article.
