Migration of objects to different bucket in diff account

You cannot modify metadata like the Last-Modified date. See https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AmazonS3/latest/userguide/UsingMetadata.html#SysMetadata

You can copy the Last-Modified date to user-defined metadata on each object if you need to retain a record. Check this previous thread.
