Very urgent, Certification first name change

I contacted the AWS Training and Certification Customer Support yesterday to change my first name to include a middle name that I never use but they haven't done so yet and have not contacted me through my email.

I know that this is very late but if anyone at AWS support could help me get my first name changed then I would be extremely grateful

Edit: The exam proctor did not care about the miss-match between my passport's first name containing my middle name and the first name in my certification not containing my middle name
