unable to access to my AWS server and account

Dear Staff,

Yesterday on 18/01/2023 I found out that I can not get access to my account WSP and neither my server, I tired to reset my password via my email: beksarvar@mail.ru Your system could not find my email. However I surely registred by this email. even I have many emails from You. In order to get support I creadted new account in order to be able to write You and get support. I have very important data in my AWS server. Now I can not get access to them. Please let me know how I can get my files from AWS service?

Dear friend first of all thank You verymuch for You support. of course I was able to get acccess using my this email before. but know if I wanted to get in my account using my email. I will enter my new account I have account numer from previous account but I have no idea how to use it anyway. Please brother help me as much as You can. I lost very important data in server

Did you have Multi-Factor Authentication enabled? If not it sounds like someone may have gained access to the account and changed your root email address. I recommend making a new account and opening a support case for assistance in account recovery.
